Pre-Transition PlanninG

Legal Consultation, Registration, & Compliance

The regulatory and legal requirements of launching an independent RIA are among the most frequently cited concerns for Advisors considering the move. Proxima connects incoming Advisors with experienced legal counsel to guide entity formation, ownership structure design, and operating agreement development.
